  I am currently volunteering as a UX Design Trainee at She Can Do which is an organisation that aims at giving women opportunities in the IT profession.I am currently working on a project that involves the Girls Invent Tomorrow (GIT) which aims at encouraging girls to undertake careers within the STEM sector.My responsibilities currently include:-Conducting interviews for stakeholders in orders to improve the website.-Developing discussion guides for user interviews and testing sessions.-Creating low and high fidelity designs for the GIT website.-Creating prototypes in order to understand how users navigate through the website in search for relevant information. -Conducting usability testing in order to inderstand how well the website has improved and if the users think it caters for their needs.-Creating a prototype of the website that is improved based on tge research conducred in order to improve the user experience .
