  -In charge of clearing ageing commitment which is one of important section's KPI. Efforts include prompt reporting, update and communication with different parties to make progress. Progress update/sharing is presented during section weekly meeting as well-Thoroughly examined more than 200 invoices and job completion tickets across multiple completed projects, conscientiously verifying the presence of all essential documents, including approved cost proposals, endorsed drawings, delivery orders, and more, to ensure compliance with all governance requirements-Accountable for regularly updating the weekly dashboard, preparing progress update packages for meetings, and compiling QTOLT weekly highlights within the designated section-Do inventory & surplus material inspection/checking at site.
