  As a project coordinator, I played an instrumental role in setting up the Project Management Office (PMO) at ISG. I was primarily responsible for the following:● Defining the policies and procedures to implement PM practices.● Educating all the different team members regarding the need and benefits they would gain with implementation of standardized PM practices.● Streamlining the process of auditing and monitoring the health of projects.Within a very short time of 4 months, I was able to successfully implement PM practices in 5 different projects. I have also helped the senior management to understand and take informed decisions on projects by reporting correct information at correct time. Show less As a Trainee Developer, my role was to learn and understand the 0different technologies used in various projects and assist in their development. Through the training period, I learnt the basics of ASP.NET, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS and was successfully in implementing my learnings into various projects assigned to me. I was working on both client as well as in-house project.Along with my development responsibilities, I was also given an additional responsibility of creating various social media profiles for ISG. With very little knowledge in the field was of Social Media/SEO, I was able to fairy successful in creating a decent presence on LinkedIn and Facebook.I was also a part of the event organizing committee, where I was responsible for managing the events organized.
