The company also needed to upgrade the existing legacy hardware and database from Progress to SQL Server.• I identified and organized the stakeholders from Sales, Engineering, QA, HR, Accounting, Shipping and Receiving, then defined their roles and responsibilities for the project.• I collaborated with Epicor and ComTec Solutions vendors to develop project plans, test plans, and rollout plans. I also developed a requirements definition plan, scope management plan, cost plan, resource management plan, risk management plan, issue management plan, communication plan, and hardware engagement plan.• I worked with the business areas, defined the requirements, developed new internal and financial processes, developed test cases and test strategies. The SQL Server-based Epicor ERP system and improved business processes were successfully delivered in 9 months to 200 ERP system users.• I provided post-implementation support to the end-users to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
