I did surveys of all airtel communication towers in Andhra Pradesh which were damaged in 2009 flood. I was to look after continuous production of steel pipes, starting from the plates which were loaded at Scrubber machine till the pipes were formed in Forming Press, welded and reached at the final stage of Quality Inspection. I also was deputed as a project engineer from the starting of the excavation for each base foundation of machines at L-SAW plant. I coordinated with civil department to mount the base plates on the foundations of the machines as required by the drawings. I was assigned for the erection and commissioning of the machines which successfully was completed within a year. During the commissioning phase of the project, I worked jointly with the automation client Cabinet Systems based in Pune, India. My role, other than production was to look after timely maintenance of machines like Edge miller, Crimping Press, Forming Press, Tack Welding, ID/OD Welding machines, Expander, End Chamfering/Bevelling, Hydrotester, EOT Cranes.Providing frequent safety and machine related training to Operators.Making Daily and weekly reports, presentations for top managements.I received a Star GET achievement for the year 2010.
