  In my present capacity, I am responsible for coordinating and overseeing the completion of flight activities (e.g. baggage offloading) in case of last-minute changes (LMC), ad hoc charges for any ground support equipment, last passenger coach received or any other key activities in order to achieve the safe departure of the flight with all relevant parties.Lead ground crew in the loading, unloading, securing, and staging of aircraft cargo or baggage.Assess the quantity and orientation of cargo, compute the aircraft centre of gravity, and sign the load plan or manifest.Perform loading & unloading of aircraft, perform preflight and post-flight aircraft checks, and compute weight and balanceMaintain the safety and comfort of passengers, secure cargo during flight, and airdrop cargo and personnel.Accompany aircraft as a member of the flight crew to monitor and handle cargo in flight.Accumulate, and maintain critical information from Airline representatives (e.g. aircraft swaps, flight delays etc.) and report to the key Operational stakeholders in order to achieve a smooth turnaround of all Customer Airline flights.Assess and meet special requirements such as VIP handling, medical cases, stretchers, human remains, live animals etc. with customer airline representativesCommunicate the latest flight handling activities and any information related to special loads with the flight deck and Captain to obtain clearance from air traffic control (ATC).Ensure safety checks such as tallying of aircraft registration with loading instruction reporting form (LIRF) and reconciliation process is carried out after completion of loading, the Load Sheet matches the LIRF, and any deviations are checked out by LCO before departure while interfacing with the key stakeholders.Actively respond to and resolve all safety issues.
