  Job Description:◆ Daily collect data from the furnace and quality inspection center about raw material consumption, production weight of ferrosilicon and ferromanganese, moisture test of each raw materials and silicon test and manganese test of percentage from raw materials.◆ Summarize the daily production and raw materials consumption for both ferrosilicon and ferromanganese◆ Analyze the daily rate of recovery for both products in order to allow the process engineer to do some raw material inventory prediction ◆ Make sure the raw materials inventory report updated to marketing team of Singapore main company ◆ Planning of raw materials consumption in order to estimate how long the raw materials can sustain for production over the 15 furnaces ◆ Analyze of the ratio of raw materials to produce a good quality of ferrosilicon and ferromanganese ◆ Supervise the moisture level of raw materials daily ◆ Supervise the rate of recovery of both products◆ Supervise the raw inventory daily ◆ Dealing and updating the production and raw material consumption daily with Singapore marketing team Achievement:◆ Make sure the flow of production ◆ Manage to sharpen my Microsoft excel techniques especially through the report. רוצה לראות פחות
