      Planned and delivered four lessons a week every week during the school year centered around a balanced literacy curriculum for 3rd grade students in high-poverty areas, in addition to facilitating individualized reading coaching for all students. Through this program students increased their reading levels by about 1.5 grade levels and increased their average sustained writing duration from 15 to 30 minutes.
