      - Studying the tender document, highlighting the potential opportunities and threads to the top management for taking decision.- Co-ordinate all activities of the engineering team to develop the technical solution to allow the proposals group to build a cost base.- Responsible for co-ordination and review of engineering tender deliverables and identifying risk to project, and assisting PM in risk mitigation, maintain risk register. - The main point of contract for engineering during the tender process and liaise with Commercial BD Manager as required to take receipt of tender documentation.- Preparing the technical and commercial proposals for the tenders that the company decided to participate in, and work with other departments to ensure all relevant documentation is included when the tender is submitted. - Preparing project’s MTO and collecting prices offers- Preparing comparison sheet for collected materials and subcontractors offers.- Manage the subcontractors and oversee any Commercial or contractual aspects of tendering, evaluation, negotiation and award. - Provide a contractual and commercial summary to the Project Manager of the assigned project. - Handle and establish many types of agreements between sub-contractor and our clients. - Preparing the projects’ budgets and prices analysis and assuring that the items of significant costs have been considered. - Reviewing the contract terms & conditions prior to signing the contract, assuring the execution possibility and suggesting any amendments.- Familiars with many types of contracts and FADIC .- Reviewing enquiry documentation and assist with the formulation of an order winning strategy - Identify client requirements, liaising with internal and external suppliers with close liaison with Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Engineering and Commercial functions.- Attending the kick-off meeting and assist projects department during execution.
