  Vice President, Vendor Management

  Manage all Vendor Relations and Compliance operations for this innovative, technology-focused and customer-centric national provider of security guard and off-duty police services. Supervise a team of regionally assigned Vendor Managers as they coach and support Protos' best-in-class network of 4,000 local and regional vendors, as well as manage the request for bid process for all Protos long-term and strategic temporary client assignments. Oversee Vendor Development Managers as they source and onboard new vendors based on geographic density, end-market specialty, and additional services offered. Manage a team of Compliance Specialists who work with Protos vendors to obtain, authenticate, and manage a repository of contractually required and up to date security provider licenses, insurance policies at mandatory minimum limits, and tax forms. Liaise with other Protos departments including Sales, Strategic Account Management, Dispatch, Sales, Legal, Marketing, and Accounts Payable, in furtherance of the Vendor Management mission and goals.
