  Project: 2007 and 2010 Engine Emission Program- Designed powertrain component for various areas of on-highway and off-highway vehicles such as single and dual cowl air intake piping, power steering routing, fuel routing, and coolant return layout. - Designed new concept for coolant returned manifold (CRM) in place of soft line to reduce assembly time and maintain consistency during assembly. - Designed charge air pipes, radiator pipes, exhaust pipes and CGI pipes for 2007 engine emission program as per PACCAR standards. - Checked clearance of air intake, CRM and transmission assemblies with other parts of truck and updated the design based on the feedback from supplier and assembler. - Responsible for co-ordination between onsite and offshore team members, job assignment, scheduling, team building, and resource planning. - Generated part, assembly, and installation drawings with proper GD&T and checked in into Intralink database.
