      As a researcher in Buzzmetrics, I had the opportunity to handle two key brands of two big global corporations including Unilever (OMO) and Nestle Corporate. In both two projects, I worked directly with the brand team and Social Community Manager. - With regard to OMO brand, my responsibility is that evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns on social media then report directly to the brand team, giving recommendations for the next upcoming campaigns. Furthermore, I kept track of brand health weekly and did weekly and monthly reports for the brand team. I also collected data on the brand side, competitors side and market trends then consolidated information into detailed reports and presented it to the brand team as necessary.- With regard to Nestle Corporate, only I worked directly to Social Community Manager of Nestle Corp to track corporate’s health, report each crisis case, keep track of those cases weekly, do the report every Monday to help the manager follow most close to the cases as possible. I also gave the manager specific instructions to use social listening tool which is called Social Heat and worked between the internal team and Nestle’s IT in order to map two languages of two sides. - Besides two main accounts, I, fortunately, had chances to help my colleagues in some projects such as the T-Shirt Campaign of Canifa (Sep 2019), Frieslandcampina - Hoàn Hảo Campaign Tracking (Dec 2019 - Feb 2020), Launching GAPO campaign (July 2019), CJ - Frozen Food Market Overview (June 2019), Vinmart 5th Birthday (May 2020).Even I am no longer working as Buzzmetrics researcher, those experiences were priceless. As the phenomenon of social live stream service (SLSS) has been a global economic, audiences’ behaviors are likely to change. Based on the Flow theory and TAM, this paper aims to address the motivating factors affecting on audiences’ behavioral intention toward SLSS. The researchers applied partial least squares equation modeling on online survey questionnaires of 369 participants. Our results show that the constructs from both Flow and TAM theories have a significant impact audiences’ behavior on usage intention. This study contributes to future studies on live streaming as well as development of the live-stream industry.Key words: Live-stream, Flow theory, TAM theory, entertainment, endorsement, co-experience.
