Show less As the Logistics and Financial Team Head at the IEEE IES student branch chapter of SLTC, I was responsible for managing a team and overseeing various financial aspects and sponsorships with companies in Sri Lanka. My leadership role involved working closely with team members to identify opportunities for growth and development, while also ensuring that our financial goals were met. I was dedicated to fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encouraged open communication and creativity, which ultimately helped us to achieve our objectives and build lasting partnerships with our sponsors.
