      As a member of Nokia Customer Support Team I am involved in product troubleshooting activities during introduction of a new software release (SW) or a new hardware (HW) to Nokia customers. I perform the investigations of bad behavior on different equipment and technologies from Nokia solutions like: Single Radio Access Network (SRAN), Long Term Evolution (LTE or 4G), RNC from WCDMA (3G) mainly focusing on LTE projects.Main activities:- perform behavior analysis of the eNB based on the internal traces of the equipment- elaborate solutions and workarounds for avoiding equipment malfunction - elaborate an investigation plan to our clients in order to collect sufficient data from the equipment for the problems to be analyzed and understood.- report the technical details of the analysis performed and explain the proposed solution- try to reproduce within our own laboratory the bad behavior of the supported equipment, when this is not possible within the customer’s premises- ensure the readiness of the other teams involved in the process via transfer of the troubleshooting methodology through Knowledge Transfer Session.- work with NOKIA internal ticketing system as Tier3 level of support , by troubleshooting, updating the status of the issue under investigation regularly and provide a final solution to Nokia Customers. Regular test case execution for the assigned feature independently and within the agreed timeline using diagnostic, monitoring and debugging tools such as NEM, 5620SAM, Wireshark, QXDM, QPST, UE – Qualcomm and LG mobile.Report the tests results using HP Quality Center. Raise defects using the bug tool and provide adequate description and diagnostic information.
