  For this project, I, with the aid of local villagers, students in the AVFP program and two village elders walked and got the mapping coordinates for the 14 villages that make up Kabar East, of the Muhoroni District, Kenya. Once this was completed, I used Arc GIS mapping software to input all the raster data, tabular data and geo-sequencing to create a visual representation of their village boundaries and most importantly, their resources that included: schools, religious locations, medical dispensaries, hospitals, markets and all of their water sources such as pipe wells, hand dug wells, bore holes, rivers and ponds.
