      WIN's mission is to create a comprehensive and cohesive workforce development system in Southeast Michigan that provides employers with the talent they need for success. WIN is a collaborative effort between ten colleges, six MichiganWorks! Agencies and regional economic development partners.At WIN, I work directly with the senior director of research and other research team members on a variety of projects. Highlights include:Collaborate and assist with the Research Director and other WIN staff to complete data requests from partners; completed over 100 specialized requests during FY 2015.Contribute to management and completion of various research and consulting projects including:- WIN Quarterly Reports – 17 reports for various counties/regions in Michigan produced for board members, totaling 2,700+ pages of workforce analysis annually.
