      Responsible for directing and supporting all functions relating to operational planning activities, including production planning, inventory management and consolidation of Business Units data into unified plant performance measurement reports. Supervised over 80 hourly and non-exempt personnel with an annual budget of $4MM. Responsible for Injection Molding, and Blow Molding production lines. Directed daily production schedules ensuring optimum product flow while maximizing equipment, materials and manpower utilization. Responsible for the demand management of over 3,000 products manufactured in California, Pennsylvania, and Puerto Rico. Monitored inventory levels throughout the entire distribution channel, which included 31 warehouses in the United States and Canada. Analyzed manufacturing schedules and recommended changes that improved product availability. Responsible for various manufacturing processes, including Injection Molding, Blow Molding, and Solutions Filling and Packing lines. Ensured that manufacturing processes were in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements for product integrity. Trained over 400 employees on Total Quality Management (TQM), and Statistical Process Control (SPC). Designed a Systems Improvement Guide, based on the Plan, Do, Check, Act steps, which listed the SPC tools necessary in each step to carry out a process improvement project. Provided support to the medical devices manufacturing plant; including review of standard procedures, analysis of data, and redesign of components to ensure product quality Supervised the manufacturing and packaging of medical devices. Maintained high production volumes, labor efficiency and quality, while keeping material usage and overall expenditures within budget guidelines.
