Liaise with Revenue Team to complete all sales related reports and forecasting. ● Creatively redesign cluster sales team reporting system. Design analytical tools by using EXCEL VBA and Pivot Table to achieve obviously efficiency enhancement.● Analyze production statistics and yield information to identify potential new business, markets, trends and highlight findings to DOS- Shanghai Cluster, DOSM.● Assists the DOS- Shanghai Cluster to set up sales target of all segments and ensure the cluster sales team are fully aware of all sales & revenue targets and are kept informed of performance results. Work out guidelines for Sales to help on approaching their target according to the analytical results.● Assists the DOS- Shanghai Cluster in forecasting all the KPIs related to rooms in terms of revenue, occupancy and ADR for all participating cluster hotels for Corporate, Leisure, MICE segment.● Ensure all revenue opportunities in GDS are exploited by developing and maintaining knowledge of the systems and commercial application of them. Monitor Hotelligence reports to dig out potential business and keep all related sales be well aware of it.● Analyze properties’ account structure and participate in account review for all sales managers with ADOS and DOS-Shanghai Cluster.● Remain fully conversant with the use and applications of all systems relating to revenue management and sales department.
