  NGA Human Resources is a global HR software and services provider offering payroll solutions to clients in 145 countries. As an automation expert (Service Readiness team) reporting to the Asia-Pacific Director, I am expected to resolve Organisation-level bottlenecks through automated solutions. My work thus far has involved:Payroll solution I/O Interface development• Developing a VBA based interface to resolve a 10-yr old bottleneck in SAP-hosted payroll systems. Performed process mapping, architecture and development, oversaw Testing and Deployment, in the cycle. • The interface compares large Input and Output employee datasets from payroll systems, and highlights monthly payroll discrepancies introduced by the host system.• The interface, currently being used standalone, is due to be integrated into the payroll systems. • Leading a growing Data analytics team providing services to Onboarded clients, using the Interface. SR Project Management Infrastructure development• Creating a Project Management tool in MS Access, to serve as single source of Input and Output for projects handled by 3000-strong SR team; as a repository of data and also a reporting infrastructure. • Led Requirements gathering and Business analysis, designed DB architecture, performed Development and deployment, oversaw Testing.• The tool replaces 9 project input templates and 20+ manual reports across regions, apart from bringing in uniformity and ‘One Standard’ approach to Project management.• The tool resolves a 6-yr old issue of corrupt and inconsistent data, inefficient & incomplete project inputs, and Un-reliable time consuming manual reporting.
