  As the English Language Arts Department Head (2013-present), I provide a platform for growth in both students and teachers. I lead a dynamic ELA department, driving student success through data-driven analysis and spearheading professional development initiatives that promote best practices. I champion literacy by managing the Literacy Leadership Team and collaborate on district-wide literacy initiatives.
