Following guidelines and ensuring the colleague was kept above national minimum wage.• Managing relationship with existing third party suppliers. Organised meetings to propose new benefits, or review current schemes and discuss improvement to ensure the company is current and making the most out of the marketplace.• Primary internal contact for the companies 800 company car fleet. Ensuring all guidelines and policy was adhered to and conducted quarterly meetings focusing on escalating costs and risks. • Rewriting policy in line with changes in the business. For example, introduced an improvement to the company car policy due to escalating costs in repairs. This involved a company car deposit and accident re-charging process which significantly reduced repair costs for the company. This process was ultimately taken up by the HR Team and utilized extensively.• Authorising company car orders in line with the companies’ policy and reviewing and decision maker on any potential early termination of car leases.• Responsible for the Reward and Recognition process. • Raising purchase orders.• Ensuring the business is informed of any updates or changes by writing announcements for the intranet news board, and creating a monthly posters to display in the sites.
