      I led organisational change efforts on a range of business systems and ICT projects, including the introduction of an Employee Self-Service system, a Cisco Unified Communications system upgrade and a JD Edwards e-Procurement interface. This involved developing change management strategies, including work plans and activities for communications, education, training, organisational alignment, risk and resistance management. A key accomplishment in this role was developing an organisational change management toolkit that contained tools, templates and learning resources to help build the capacity of project teams to manage planned changes in the business. I provided training to project managers and business analysts on how to conduct an organisational diagnosis, how to use the change templates, how to identify and engage change agents and provided them with ongoing support. I also developed a change management methodology that was fully integrated with the PRINCE2 project management framework that was used within the Project Management Office. This was integral to ensuring that change management strategies were developed, approved by the project sponsor, and implemented in line with key project milestones throughout the life of the project. I liaised with business unit and human resource managers across the Thiess group and used my acute attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment to deliver results.A major accomplishment was identifying and implementing process and system improvements as a result of feedback and to meet the growing requirements of the business.I also performed a range of payroll-related administration tasks such as data entry, report preparation and record management while demonstrating confidentiality and customer-focus at all times. I prepared and taught English and science lessons to children aged 5 to 12 years.       I am currently leading the end-to-end delivery of organisational change management across a program that is rolling out conducted energy devices, (also known as Tasers) to frontline members in Victoria Police.I am working with multiple project teams to deliver the change management strategy. The program has key delivery areas of deployment, training, infrastructure, and information technology – each with unique areas of impact for end-users and considerations for the organisation and external stakeholders. I’ve gathered a deep understanding of the internal and external environment, as well as the relevant legislation, policies and protocols required for a high-profile program with considerable reputational risks. I’ve engaged and negotiated with key personnel across multiple commands, divisions and business units and established positive relationships to promote and drive change. The operational environment is highly dynamic with competing priorities that present unique challenges and opportunities. With over 10,000 police members to be trained, I am delivering work plans and activities for communication, education, organisational alignment, risk and resistance management. I actively follow a human-centred approach to leadership and aim to increase employee engagement, reduce disruptions to the organisation and enable individuals to adopt the changes and help achieve the organisation’s goals.
