  Goods Checker - SaaS for analyzing types of goods and articles on store shelves using neural networks and computer vision, comparing realograms with planograms.I launched this product from scratch.My duties included:- defining the product vision, strategy and roadmap;- economic benefit from the product, P&L, pitching and budget protection;- collection of market/consumer requirements;- working in a team as a project manager;- coordination of work of several teams;- launching of pilot programs at the qualification stage with practically finished products and samples;- cooperation with the marketing team to develop a plan for positioning the product on the market;- contribution to the setting of prices for products.Result:I checked the hypotheses of demand in the market and the hypotheses of price.   As the Head of RnD Products, I am responsible for directing the efforts of multiple teams, overseeing the development of the overall vision and work plan for the upcoming quarter and year.
