  As a Lead Instructor, I was responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of twenty five permanent trainers from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, designing and conducting literacy and numeracy assessments of course candidates for selection purposes and conducting training needs analysis, organising and developing training manuals and monitoring the assessment and evaluation procedures.
