The church operated a daycare and preschool with an average of 100 children and 14 staff. As pastor, I was responsible for employees, mission direction, facility compliance, and parent/staff interventions if needed. I had a full-time director and full-time program director who reported directly to me and who managed day-to-day operations.Additionally, the church had organized a separate non-profit (501c3) compassionate ministry center that I served as president to during my entire time as pastor. This involved writing grants, casting vision and implementing steps to accomplish it effectively with full volunteers.Facility management included two water/ mold remediation projects in two different buildings, the replacement of roofing to three buildings, the relocation and connection of two modular buildings, and the remodel and updating of the sanctuary/foyer and office spaces.
