      Standard pastoral duties which included planning and directing weekly worship services and volunteers, working with one full time ministry associate as well as paid daycare directors and staff, home and hospital visits to parishioners, participating in the local ecclesiastical services, and general office & building management. The church operated a daycare and preschool with an average of 100 children and 14 staff. As pastor, I was responsible for employees, mission direction, facility compliance, and parent/staff interventions if needed. I had a full-time director and full-time program director who reported directly to me and who managed day-to-day operations.Additionally, the church had organized a separate non-profit (501c3) compassionate ministry center that I served as president to during my entire time as pastor. This involved writing grants, casting vision and implementing steps to accomplish it effectively with full volunteers.Facility management included two water/ mold remediation projects in two different buildings, the replacement of roofing to three buildings, the relocation and connection of two modular buildings, and the remodel and updating of the sanctuary/foyer and office spaces.
