      To carry out DNA sequence analysis with Sanger sequencing device in the molecular laboratory.*Fragment Analysis (QF PCR, Y microdeletion, Huntington's disease (HTT), Myotonic Dystrophy (MD), Freidreich's Ataxia (FA), Fragile X)*Multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification / MLPA ( BRCA1-2, DMD1-2, SMA, PMPP22(CMT1A), PMP P405, CYP21A2(CAH), HBA, HBB...)*DNA Sequence Analysis ( Alpha-Beta Thalassemia, Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia-CAH (CYP21A2), Familial Mediterranean Fever (FMF), TPMT, Chronic Myeloprolative Disease (JAK Exon 12))In addition to these, competence in processes such as DNA isolation from materials such as blood, tissue (Abort tissue, CVS), amniotic fluid, tissue from paraffin block, extraction of Pcr product from gel and sequencing by continuing the study.Devices used: 3130, 3130 XL and 3500. Bu süreçte MLPA (BRCA1-2, DMD1-2, SMA, PMPP22(CMT1A), MARFAN Sendromu, NF1, Kistik Fibrozis(CFTR), HBA...), Real-Time PCR (HLA B27, HLA B51(Behçet), ÇÖLYAK, T(1;19), T(9;22)-P190+P210, T(15;17)...) ve Sanger Dizi Analizi (JAK E12 ) testlerinin sorumluluğunu üstlendim.
