      Managed learning and development initiatives for Fidelity Personal & Workplace Investing business units. Designed, developed, and implemented the first mandatory risk and compliance training program for over 18,000 associates. Redesigned and implemented a regulatory (FINRA) Continuing Education program, resulting in streamlined processes and a reduction in overall training time. Led a learning and development team in delivering a comprehensive training program for external Fidelity clients, resulting in the successful implementation of Fidelity’s Talent Management suite of services. Managed a team of Performance Consultants responsible for working with Fidelity call centers in support of their learning and development needs and initiatives. Oversaw implementation of a comprehensive redesign of all new hire programs. Led a cross functional team to design, develop and implement a customer service skills training program. Led training efforts to transition acquired service center employees to Fidelity systems, applications, processes, and values for Defined Benefits and Health and Welfare product lines. Provided learning opportunities for call center associates, with primary emphasis on facilitation.
