      2014-2017: Manager of Engineering, BIM & Yard Operations: Oversee diverse group in support of construction operations. BIM Team performs 3D & 4D virtual construction of the concrete structure of the buildings for pre-conconstruction and construction planning. I provide constructabilty guidance.Engineering team generates shoring formwork designs for construction of multiple high rise structures in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, including 834' tall Panorama tower. I supervise then P.E. stamp the drawings and calculations. As formwork & equipment manager oversee 50+ men in 2 yards with millions of $ of company owned assets. 2011-2014:Design Coordinator: Sr. Manager for Baker's team in JV with Tutor Perini. Responsibility to determine if design concepts & construction options were best fit for ~$230 million design-build runway bridge & award major contracts. Bridge Spans over railroad and US-1 at Ft. Lauderdale airport & included roadways, underground utilities, MSE walls and >100,000 cy bridge structure that allows aircraft to land on a runway that slopes. Helped design & set-up prestress beam casting yard. 2009-2011 Operations Manager: Completed 9,000' of 13,000' elevated heavy rail bridge called "Airport Link" as concrete sub. Baker's scope included pile caps, piers, pier caps and bridge superstructure. Responsible for team of 3 PM's, 5 superintendents, 230+ foremen & craftsmen working up to 20 hours per day. Team also completed MIA Mover, a 6,200' bridge from MIA to Miami Intermodal Center. Baker's scope was piers, pier caps, bridge superstructure & high tolerance "plinths" that train runs on.2006-2009 Project Executive: completed Terminal A-B Infill, at Miami International Airport. Baker's contract value exceeded $90 million and included concrete, masonry &steel structure.Team of 130+ Baker coworkers and 90+ subcontractor craft.1999-2006 Project Engineer and Project Manager for various commercial buildings including Denver Broncos Stadium Show less

      Project Manager for GC of the new I-40 White River Bridge, $100 million+ project to construct new highway bridge nearly 3000’ long over 2nd largest river in the region, ~50 miles east of Little Rock, Arkansas. The roadway has six travel lanes with 10-foot-wide outside and inside shoulders. The scope included steel-girder superstructure, mass concrete substructure, earthwork embankments, asphalt paving and drainage structures. Deep foundation has 8’, 10’ and 12’ diameter drilled shafts up to 175’ deep. Team had over 225,000 self-performed manhours at below 1.8 RIR as of 10/2018. Have final on-site responsibility for safety, quality, schedule, staff and cost. Interface directly with the owner, Arkansas DOT, and manage all construction operations. Show less
