      -Independently manage & handling the operations of L&T Learning & Development Centre Middle East (ME) to cater training needs of employees in Middle East-One point contact in the Middle East for promoting & managing the online LMS. Constantly propagating & conducting road shows to promote eLearning in ME. Liasing with the HR’s of other L&T companies, Corporate HR & other business heads for training purposes -Responsible for the entire training process in ME- end-to end implementation of the Training Calendar for employees across the Middle East. Liasing with cluster Heads & managers from over 7 business units of L&T from UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, & Qatar for training need collation, followed by TNA & rolling out the training calendar. Identifying the faculty/ institute in order to meet the specific training needs.
