  Futbolotreneris.lt is a non-profit, independent organization witha team of professional coaches and peers who seek to raise the level of Lithuanian football both in terms of the game and the general public's perception. Key focus:- Organization of educational events for coaches, parents of players, and the entire football community;- Organization of individual football training; - Organization of camps and tournaments in Lithuania and abroad; - Organization of social (charity) events involving famous Lithuanian football players. Key projects:- 3 football conferences (the largest conferences in the country) were organized in Lithuania, where presentations were given by football professionals from all over Europe. All conferences were attended by 250+ people with 8+ speakers presenting their topics;- Various qualification training courses for coaches were organized, for which funding was received after winning a state project. The courses were attended by 30 selected talented coaches from Lithuania, and Smartfootball specialists from Spain conducted the courses;- An official individual training program for kids and youth has been created and published; - 4 #stronger2GETHER events were organized with the Netherlands embassy in Vilnius, the Dutch Football Association, and NATO forces.   Vilnius Football Academy was founded in 2020 and in less than 5 years it became one of the largest and most advanced academies in Lithuania.My responsibilities as a development director:- Creation, development, and ongoing maintenance of the Academy's strategy;- Supporting and mentoring the coaches (35+) in their day-to-day activities, trainings;- Building relationships and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders;- Continuous improvement of the Academy's processes and its quality assurance;- Creation and constant improvement of the image of the Academy;- Creation of the academic community and organization of events;- Human resources management, management of different Academy's divisions, work delegation, and overall oversight. My responsibilities as 11x11 sector coordinator:- Supervision of the 11x11 sector, coaches' (10+) oversight and mentorship, and quality assurance of training;- Development, adaptation, implementation, and oversight of training methodology.My responsibilities as U18 Head Coach:- Team management and quality process assurance;- Preparation of training plans, distribution, and oversight of work for assistants;- Analysis of both own team and the opponents' games.
