This would include Vendor management, adherence to workplace ergonomics and cost containment, while ensuring timely completion of projects.Responsible for setting up of 5 new offices right from scouting of premises to handover of branch to business from including site selection, negotiation and lease finalization with the landlords.Ensure registration of branches & offices within the city under shop & establishment act and for trade license as per local law coordinate with HO Legal team.Work with the office leadership & corporate functional leadership to identify, provide and ensure operational expertise, develop cost effective solutions in compliance with company policies and local established procedures and guideline.Ensuring conducting periodic fire drills.Ensure payments relating to purchases, premises rents, utility bills etc. in a timely manner.Employee joining and exit formalities.
