  - Quoting service and maintenance contracts designed for different company profiles so we can perform periodical maintenance service for different locations, expectations and requirement from the clients.- Keeping contact and communicating with all the clients at all times to maintain a good and professional relationship: inform the client about the Maintenance Schedule including all the procedures that need to be performed, organizing the service team's trips and tasks that they have assigned for Start-up and commissioning / Maintenance of the unit, scheduling training provided to the client's operators on the field.- Keeping database of every unit including service situation, problems occurred and fixed, the Maintenance Schedule up to date to inform the client in time about the operations needed to be performed (spare parts replacement , periodical maintenance, overhaul maintenance, tests, different operations)- Selling spare parts ( inquires to suppliers, organizing freight and putting together quotes for clients) نمایش موارد کمتر - Ensure the informational support for the Engineering Department and Production Department- Ensure the confidentiality and safety of the working data- Keeping track of public auctions that could present an interest to the company and performing and updating the necessary documentation in order to submit them and also personally attending to the opening of the auction- Keeping connected to the contractor in order to respond to all clarifications and questions during the bid period until assigning a winner.- Designing in Autodesk Inventor 3D models of the general layouts of the compressor units to determine general dimensions- Preliminary designing the pressure vessels - Putting together quotes for spare parts, aftermarket spares for all the components of a gas compressing unit and handling them further in contact with the Purchasing Department and the Logistics Department until the parts are correctly delivered. نمایش موارد کمتر - Designing gas compressor units in Autodesk Inventor 3D ( skid, subskid, process piping, auxiliary piping, pressure vessels, supports) along with adequate calculations.- Creating P&IDs ( Process & Instrumentation Diagram) for the systems ( gas, water, oil, fuel) of the gas compression units- General Assembly Layouts for quoting gas compressors- Calculation of the process parameters including pipe thickness using VVD software (Visual Vessel Design), sizing ,calculating and designing pressure vessels for a PED certificate.- Use of ISO, DIN, ASME standards in designing- Generating BoM (Bill of Material) for the entire project.- Drawing and generating 2D drawings for the workshop for every process system, necessary drawings for the PED documentation to certify pressure vessels, foundation drawings, lifting procedures drawings and keeping track and observation of the entire process during the manufacturing of the unit.- Daily usage of Autodesk, AutoCAD, Autodesk Vault, Microsoft Office. نمایش موارد کمتر
