      Oversaw three top NVOCC/freight forwarder customers across the United States territory (Kuehne+Nagel, DSV, and Panalpina). Responsible for delivering yearly sales budget, maximizing revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction across ocean transport and inland logistics services. Here, I learned how to be a connector between the company's strategy and the customer's wants and expectations, lead and navigate crucial conversations between external and internal stakeholders. And build and deliver sales pitches to one of the most professional and sharpest procurement teams of the industry (NVOCC procurement).
