Sisk’s role is Main Contractor, with responsibility for the management of Safety and Site Logistics for the entire project and with direct responsibility for the execution of the Civil / Building Works. The schedule is extremely challenging at 18 months. Sisk are implementing and maintaining the highest quality of construction and conforming to the new BCAR standards. Thomas is responsible for setting out, quality documentation, management and coordination of works and subcontractors, document control, maintaining BCAR regulation standards, health and safety, recording of information.
