      Took up a request from the Ministry of Education to join a joint programme rescue team to bring the troubled teachers payroll into a stable state. Joined their service provider Talent2 in a leadership role, introduced as part of the activity to remediate, recover and bring stability to the service, responsible for finance, payroll processing and IT. Part of the team to successfully renegotiate the return of the contract to the Ministry. The teachers' payroll system is responsible for paying over 110,000 teachers; Novopay is the largest single payroll systems in the Southern Hemisphere. Show less
