      My role is to support the delivery of commercial theatre and audience development ambitions of Wales Millennium Centre. I am responsible for assessing feasibility of new commercial and artistic product, and communicate with external producers regarding scheduling, deal negotiation and contract terms. I work to optimise financial return from the theatres whilst delivering a balanced programme of performing arts presentations.I monitor current sales for productions on sale across all Wales Millennium Centre spaces and report these to the wider organisation, and am also responsible for the post show settlement process and work closely with my colleagues in finance to oversee this. Other areas and responsibilities include payment of PRS and PPL, implementation and championing of Tessitura Analytics, and support the provision of statistics and income through knowledge of our master budget and using our CRM reporting tools. Show less I performed a part time secondment to our producing team as a Producer: Programming to ensure the smooth running of the programmed events for the Autumn 2019 Performances for the Curious Season with a focus on the Weston Studio. I acted as artist liaison for the Weston programme, and was a point of communication between the Centre Departments and the Visiting Companies. I carried out all elements of project management including budgeting, contracting, scheduling, communication, artist liaison, evaluation, reporting and reconciliation. I was responsible for ensuring compliance inline with Health and Safety legislation for each production.
