   Assigned as CSR cum Construction Engineer for various Hook-Up & Commissioning campaign in Samarang field during this period. Responsible for managing day-to-day site operations related to contractors, HSE, scope management, work progress, marine spread and quality control in order to be in line with project direction and target.  Witness, review and verify the installation, testing as well as commissioning of all required package. Review and confirm system handover had been completed for each sub-sub system prior to handover to Operation following CSP21 Upstream Facilities Handover Procedure.  Performed various preparation work on Anchor Pattern for workboat for marine spread scope. Ensure smooth preparation of manpower, tools and equipment during various stage of critical shutdown Turnaround activities. Continuously ensure that all project / company HSE goals are achieved and where possible exceeded by liaising with HSE team.PROJECT INVOLVEMENT & KEY POINTS:1) HUC for Samarang EOR Infill Drilling SMJT-G / SMDP-B Project Achieved the target for flowlines installation and handover completion within 3 days for INFILL drilling. 2) HUC for Samarang Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) Project Manage to perform critical lifting of 1 unit base skid and new Saturn 10 Gas Turbine Generator weighing 15MT total with Workboat special entry via soft mooring at SMP-A platform and received “Best Project in SBO” award. 3) HUC for Samarang Phase 2 Redevelopment Project - Platform Upgrading, Revisit & IO Modification Introduced Integrated Operation to monitor and control between mother and satellites production via radio link with Solar Panel powered satellite platform.4) HUC for Samarang Phase 2AD Accelerated Development INFILL Drilling SMJT-G Implement new SIPROD mode system to accept INFILL drilling and performed the flowline installation and handover within 1 day time, the project considered to be “Best in Class” category.    Monitoring fabrication activity in term of quality check and daily operational issues at site. Ensure for quality requirements are followed by fabricator and keeping up the dispatch dates and priority of the consignments. Ensure that the relevant version of applicable IHI drawings & specifications are issued to Fabricator in time. Monitoring the process flow for proper sequence and required quality level as per IHI ITP’s. Conduct stage inspection with fabricator including visual inspection, welding quality, distortion and alignment requirement as per ITP issued by IHI and prepare reqquired quality documents with the fabricator. Coordinate witness inspection with Client TNB for all the ducts delivered to site for final acceptance. Manage and coordinate fabricator to attend all repair works required as per ITP and comments by clients.  Conduct internal review meetings for the progress and clarifications with the fabricator. Compile and submit the progress reports prepared by sub-contractor on daily basis and submit to the Main Office by weekly.PROJECT INVOLVEMENT & KEY POINTS:1) JIMAH EAST POWER 2 X 1000MW COAL FIRED POWER PLANT PROJECT Monitoring and managing site works including Quality Control, fabrication sequence, manpower planning including safety adherence by the fabricator on site to deliver total of 4300 MT of Ductings for the Boiler Unit 1 and Unit 2.
