Also I worked on entering and processing data needed for developed application. Another part of the job was providing help for different users, testing and improving application.

  Job covered following areas: maintain company's computers and network, phone technical support and maintain on clients demand. Mickey's network had 2 Windows NT/2k server (file / print server i dial-up gateway, Radius server) and 14 Windows 9x computers. Phone technical support covered different areas, ranging from system administration to providing help for users.

  System administrator and help desk. Prins signed contract with "Schering AG" to provide full technical support needed for their office in Belgrade. I took active part in providing that help. Job included installing and maintaining network ranging from 12 to 20 computers and different network equipment. Prins also had other clients, among others "Lloyd’s Register", which small network I fully maintained.

  Primary role was to maintain Pexim's complex internal network infrastructure. Also my attention was focused on each one individual IT professional. In short time I became responsible for most critical services and Lob application. After that I was first team member, then team leader on most complex external projects, most off them included complete infrastructure needed for financial institutions. Now I'm consultant regard everything that is yet to be implemented in Pexim's infrastructure, but also for maintaining most critical services.   Team Leader and Lead System Engineer. Pexim was merged with other leading companies into new company called Asseco SEE. My previous responsibilities remain the same, but spanned over merged companies. Addition to those duties was Primary Program Contact regarding MS Partner program and SAM. I was responsible for providing software licensing benefits to newly established company not just in this country, but thru the region. I also was responsible for changes introduced by MS in now called MPN. On the infrastructure side I took part in various complex projects, basically it is called “moving to the latest software version”. Show less
