      Combining DM / Scrum Master / Technical POMy team was building new Web UI solution for our customer incrementally migrating old application from AngularJS 1.5 to Angular 15. DM activities:- Have been working on migration strategy / app architecture / code base / repos structure - passed all levels of reviews and SA governance.- Collaborated with on-site SA and Advanced SE on design of new codebase, it's structure, used tools, branching strategies and development practices.- Defined lower level tactical steps and "ways of work" for new Scrum Team to implement this migration.- Was deeply involved in staffing for this team considering EPAM / other vendor / Customer's FTE candidates.- Promoted introduction of advanced QA practices / tools to fulfill "Built-In quality" aspect of SAFe.- Responsible for a weekly reporting on migration progress, risks, mitigation plans.- Coordinator of integration, releases, impediments resolution and handover of new codebase to other scrum teams during a post-Prod release phase.- 2+ years project achieved complete success.SM activities:One of the key contributors in Scaled Agile Framework implementation in terms of Customer organization:- Progressed research and promotion of estimation approaches (T-Shirt sizing mapped to Story Point ranges) on different stages of SDLC - currently used by 30+ Scrum Teams and Portfolio Management.- Designed, suggested, promoted and supported adoption of "Technical Labels" usage - today this is the fundamental thing for Agile Release Trains facilitation in Customer's organization (100+ types of deliverable artifacts).- Contributed into advanced setup of JIRA and Confluence to enable auto-reporting and transparency (consolidated JIRA boards, naming conventions, versioning)Tech.
