      - Planned logistics for a Battalion consisting of 624 Soldiers, 248 vehicles, and $390.7 million in equipment.- Lead the Battalion logistics working groups, planning conferences, and inspections.- The liaison for procurement and divestitures of property and supplies; principal adviser to the Battalion Commander on all supply actions.- Managed the Battalion’s $13.2 Million annual expenditures. - Facilitated cross-functional teams (Intelligence, Operations, and Human Resources) to develop and implement sustainment procedures for the Battalion. - Approved purchasing documents for maintenance and life sustaining equipment to improve standardization among five Companies. - Established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document logistic actions for the Battalion, as well as to increase efficiencies in operations.- Coordinated transportation movements and mobilizations for a 248 vehicle fleet; coordinated the deployment of all Battalion assets from Fort Hood, TX to Camp Humphreys, South Korea.
