  Utilize commercial printing knowledge and expertise to define/refine PrintStream ERP software capabilities to achieve current and future business goals of GLS Companies. Manage, prioritize and coordinate communication of required software additions, changes and modifications to ERP software with PrintStream vendor. These team members work independently on some responsibilities and are highly-interdependent in other responsibilities.Administration and Projects:• Coordinates client billing and revenue management processes.• Performs project management for complex interdepartmental and intercompany development efforts.• Performs quality assurance (QA) testing of both software and printed output.• Documents IT customer service standards and procedures.• Assists in generation of client Statement of Work (SOW) documents that define project scope and responsibilities.• Manages change control for large client projects• Updates customer website content with replacement content provided byCustomer and/or GLS staff.• Coordinates website production changes with customers and IT personnel.• Coordinates delivery of customer requested reports as scheduled.• Conducts internal testing of custom websites for compliance to customer defined requirements.• Audits flow of Web POD products to ensure correct monthly billing.• Troubleshoots Web POD orders when necessary.• Management of Inventory Maintenance forms that create foundational links between ecommerce and ERP processes.
