Develop and maintain plant preventative maintenance programs as well as lead projects involving installation, modification, or renovation of current building and equipment. Work closely with corporate engineers, suppliers, contractors, and plant partners to ensure customer needs are met. Develop and establish condition based monitoring including the use of predictive tools such as Ultrasound, Oil Analysis, Motor Testing, Precision Lubrication, Thermography, and Vibration Analysis.
