Ensures the company meets the necessary legislative obligations and drive the continuous improvement of H&S throughout company. Implements the steps of safety pillar World Class Methodology.Health:Organizes preventive and periodical medical examining of employees. Cooperates and coordinates work with labour medical service and monitors health of company’s employees. Leads the campaigns for improving the health of the company’s employees.Risk Management: Assures the risk management key process is applied and effective through the use of hazard identifications, risk assessment and risk prediction, safety root causes analysis, permit to work system and other means available to mitigate risk. Participates in all high risk or critical activities to assure adequate measures have been taken to reduce the risk to the lowest reasonably practical level.Ensures that risks are properly managed through a good understanding of process safety management coupled with positive process safety leadership.Influencing/Coaching/Mentoring: Provides support to the bussines units management in H&S leadership and improves the development of a proactive, behavioural, H&S culture. Creates the management attitude which should include H&S as everyday management routine.Fire prevention:Performs the risk assessment for probability of fire and proposes the measures for decreasing or eliminating the possibility of fire. Leads the projects and investments related to the improvement of fire protection in the company. Ensures that all legal and internal rules in fire protection are obeyed.
