As a Program Development Supervisor, I leverage my expertise in writing, critical thinking and organizational strategy to develop innovative programs that drive impact. I create and refine content with a DEI lens to represent the families we support and enhance the accessibility of our mental health programs.I thrive in project development and management by using technology to streamline workflows, track progress and report key updates to leadership. My passion lies in designing solutions that foster innovation and make a difference in our team and the clients we support. Show less As Chair of the DEIA Committee, I lead the charge in fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace by planning and facilitating meetings with leaders and colleagues from multiple departments. Through cross-cultural collaboration, I work with teams such as IT and HR to integrate DEIA principles into organizational processes. I have designed and implemented DEIA initiatives that engage all staff, including launching a Cultural Humility Self- Assessment tool to gather insights and provide targeting training and resources. My focus is on strategic impact, continuous learning and driving meaningful change. Show less
