Focus on AT&T standard services ensuring all installation SLAs are met and client satisfaction remains high in the provisioning space across EMEA. Interface with senior management in AT&T across the globe and with senior representatives in PTT's and AT&T suppliers in EMEA. This also included Project Management of Procurement of AT&T Services. Supporting rollout of AT&T Outsourcing clients. Global responsibility for all Operational and Business Support functions. This involved having a deep understanding of the outsourcing contracts, delivery of each bespoken component and triggering contractual amendments should the need arise. Supported outsourcing deals with IBM, Siemens, LVMH, General Motors and AstraZeneca.This role included opportunty to travel and work with clients across Europe, Asia Pacific and US. A Project Manager in AT&T. Major projects included the tranformation of Citibank Disaster Recovery process to AT&T.Was part of a team that Project Managed to installation of the first AT&T Internet Data Centre (IDC) outside the US. This was a major milestone for AT&T in EMEA. My role also included acting as the Hosting Executive to ensure we had a seamless transition of the first hosting clients into the IDC in the UK. Managed the AT&T Solutions Year 2000 Programme in EMEA for AT&T Solutions. This included using Year 2000 Testing Services with Comdisco and compliance of all software and hardware. Interfacing with the AT&T Labs in the US.Responsible for coordination and planning of resources across the Y2K period. Managed all Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery services for AT&T Solutions.Managed Disaster Recovery contracts with Comdisco (now Sungard). Attended Comdisco Business Continuity Conference in Chicago on an annual basis between 1996 to 2000. Gave breakout session presentation on AT&T's Disaster Recovery Approach in 1997 and 1999. Worked in various roles supporting Mainframes during this period for AT&T Istel and Istel.

I provided support to the AT&T Global Account Director and instigated revenue acceleration opportunties in Asia Pacific.
