  • Lead HSE shift to ensure that the defined standards of safe working condition and behavior are in place across the site on a 24-hour basis.• Coordinate with other functions to implement HSE standards such as ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015 for regulatory and non-regulatory compliance.• Conduct quarterly internal HSE audits in the plant to ensure any project, process and workplace practice complies to HSE policy and standards.• Inspect facilities, machineries, and equipment to identify potential hazards and correct to ensure safety standards and government regulation compliance.• Investigate incidents and near misses resulting in injury or occupational diseases to determine root causes, corrective and preventive action plan and review the compliance.• Maintain and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations, and industrial processes.• Facilitate employees training in HSE areas, emergency preparedness to improve knowledge andbehavior to build HSE culture.• Ensure risk assessment are conducted and reviewed at regular intervals; safe operating procedures areprepared to ensure that risk is within acceptable limits.• Maintain all required records and documentations.• Facilitate inspection, third party certification and calibration of HSE infrastructure on site.• Prepare and review specifications and orders for the purchase of HSE PPE and equipment, ensuringsufficient supply on site.
