      In April of 2008 I started at Prudential as an associate on the help desk. In this position I provided 1st call resolution or research for hardware/software issues. The team also worked to manage major/high impact incidents where systems were incapacitated and there was a degradation or loss of production. Other tasks performed were post incident review, the creation of reporting metrics on the efficiency/deficiency of the team or services provided, training to new associates, manual system health checks, and 24/7 support.In October of 2014 I took on a new role at Prudential as a Technical Systems Analyst with the Tools Administration and Support team. In this role I help to gather requirements for enhancements and the creation of custom applications in our Service Now ticketing system. I assist with the administration of the Apptio financial application. The team is responsible for scrubbing and loading data each month, monitoring the reports, and reviewing/administering access for each user.I also provide training for the Service Now and Apptio applications to new associates and overviews on new features to anyone with access to the systems.
