The team is responsible for conducting parent surveys, student surveys, and various other surveys for policy making, evaluating the implementation and results of new initiatives, program evaluations, and student performance. The team also handles the division's statistics and participates in and oversees various development projects such as the development of a new student data base, processes for gathering data (such as children of foreign origin), and the use of data. The team sets up dashboards for citizens/managers and disseminates findings through data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Infogram and PowerBI.
