  1. Providing technical support - specifically in analyzing client needs, treaty coverage and preparation and / or coordination of facultative and treaty quotations. 2. Following up with clients to ensure timely receipt of quotations and treaty cover notes and that cedants have fully appreciated and understood the treaty terms or variations in the facultative placing slips which had previously been sent to the cedant 3. Preparation and / or coordination of the issuance of placing slips, treaty cover notes, endorsements and other related items; verifies their accuracy; forwards them to client with appropriate correspondence. 4. Preparation of summaries of reinsurance covers, schedules and proposals for processing as needed. 5. Processes renewals in coordination and consultation with the Executive Manager ( where applicable) as per the delegated financial authority and underwriting manual 6.
