Provides ARMS subject matter expertise for the system interface and provides information and training to the 1C0X2 Host Aviation Resource Management (HARM) Chiefs in order for them to conduct interface pulls.- Responsible for the quality control of over 1,000 Help Desk ticket issues monthly and provides monthly metrics from these tickets in order to track employee productivity, highlight system trends and to provide Program Management and the TRI-COR Project Manager with a concise snapshot of contractual performance. - Responsible for the management of the “Operational Validation” of new software prior to full fielding. In this capacity, he developed and managed complex validation scripts and conducted validation cases, confirming that the software operates as intended, mitigating the potential risks to the users and provides a comprehensive “after action” report on the Operational Validation to present relevant findings to the Program Manager.
